• Excursions are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled excursion are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled excursion are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion are not eligible for a refund
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund
• If we cancel an excursion, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule

5. Intellectual Property
